After two months and with over 14,000 votes, the winner of the ShortsTV Film Festival has finally been chosen. And the winner is.....'Le Petit Dragon' by Bruno Collet - A fantastic film which, thirty-five years after Bruce Lee’s death, sees the actions heroes' soul reincarnated in the form of a toy action figure.
